Danish is an investor, entrepreneur, strategist and father. He is the founder of hybrid consulting boutique Xische & Co. in Dubai and New York. Danish has been one of the youngest successful start-up entrepreneurs in the Middle East. After dropping out of 3 different universities, he founded new media firm in 2001 at age nineteen, later successfully exiting in 2004. Fuelled by his personal philosophy of ‘hybrid thinking,’ he founded category-busting boutique consulting firm Xische & Co. in Dubai and New York. Danish has spent fourteen years advising, building, and managing ventures for clients such as the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Government of Dubai, Dubai Holding, DIFC, Qatar World Cup, BMW & Giorgio Armani. Born in Libya, raised in Dubai, Danish is passionate about design, culture, technology, and entrepreneurship. He is an exhibiting artist, and a regular speaker at design and entrepreneurship events. He is a keynote speaker and visiting lecturer, and regularly blogs on topics including design thinking, entrepreneurship and business culture. When he’s not creating imaginary worlds with his sons, Danish’s idea of ‘time-off’ is playing angel investor and mentor to budding local startups in the UAE. He is Chairman of investment boutique Xische Holdings, a privately-held group that includes an emerging technology firm, a design consultancy and a recently launched Dubai-based startup incubator.

Previously, Gary was Head of Spotify Labs, where he led emerging technologies and new business strategies for Spotify's global markets. Prior to that, he was Spotify's Global Director of Ad Product Strategy. Before Spotify, Gary was the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at AOL (Patch), and was a business and sales operations leader at both Clickable and Google. Born in California, Gary grew up in Taiwan and New Zealand, but has called the US Northeast his home for the past 19 years. He now lives in New York City with his wife Katrina, a pediatric dentist, 2 cats, and a dog. Ironically, he is extremely allergic to animals, and is deathly afraid of dentists. Gary holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
Dee is the CEO and Co-Founder of MoneyLion. Prior to founding the Company in late 2013, Dee spent 11 years on Wall Street, holding various positions at Goldman Sachs, Citadel, and Barclays. Dee focused much of his time advising and investing in financial institutions, tech-enabled lenders, brokers and asset managers. Dee and his co-founders found significant opportunity to create a direct-to-consumer online financial services firm as a result of the confluence of events leading to the US mortgage crisis, which in turn kept banks from providing a full spectrum of consumer finance products directly to consumers. Dee holds an Economics B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago and participates in various philanthropic activities in New York City, where he lives with his wife and child.

He stumbled upon the Open Master’s Program that opened up a whole new world of possibilities for him. After two years of self -taught UX designing skills, he turned down an opportunity at the White house to follow through with an 18 - month research sabbatical in SEA. Axle is now the design lead at Human Inc, specifically focused on strategic R&D, business development and workshop facilitation.
